Jacqueline Stevens, MSW, LCSW, PhD (hon.), is the founder and licensed psychotherapist at MindFullyMe Wellness, a private mental health practice in Stratford, CT. With a strong commitment to empowering individuals, couples, and families, Jacqueline combines personal experience with professional expertise to guide clients through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

Having overcome trauma and the stigma surrounding mental health, Jacqueline’s compassionate, trauma-informed approach emphasizes connection, mindfulness, and personal growth. She uses evidence-based practices to help clients develop healthier ways of living, grounded in self-compassion and resilience.
